Tunisian researcher Emna Hariga has been awarded the 2025 Best Female Scientific Achievement Prize for her development of an intelligent technology platform powered by artificial intelligence, dedicated to the research and development of treatments against pathogenic agents.
This prestigious award was granted as part of the celebrations for Tunisia’s National Women’s Day, observed annually on August 13, and was announced by the Ministry of Family, Women, Children and Seniors, as published in the latest issue of the Official Gazette of the Republic of Tunisia.
The prize comes with a 15,000 dinar grant, funded by the ministry’s budget, in recognition of a groundbreaking innovation that opens promising avenues in the field of health and technological research in Tunisia.
