Applications are now open for the US$2 million Milken-Motsepe Prize, which supports African companies using AI to transform manufacturing value chains in emerging markets.
The prize targets tech-driven solutions that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and deliver scalable impact. A US$1 million Grand Prize is up for grabs, along with additional prizes, exclusive networking opportunities, and the chance to pitch to global industry leaders.
Organizers say the prize is aimed at companies leveraging AI and advanced data analytics to create jobs, drive growth, and foster innovation across Africa and beyond.
Entries will be judged on impact, scalability, commercial viability, and effective AI integration in manufacturing operations. Applications close July 31.
