Moov Africa Malitel has launched two major innovations aimed at enhancing digital services and connectivity for customers in Mali — introducing an AI-powered virtual assistant and doubling the speed of its fibre-optic internet at no extra cost.
The operator officially unveiled the new offerings during a ceremony on June 12, marking another step in its digital transformation strategy.
The first announcement was the introduction of MIA — short for Moov Artificial Intelligence — an intelligent virtual assistant designed to provide users with easier access to information and services. The AI assistant is intended to improve customer experience by offering a more interactive and accessible way for subscribers to engage with the operator’s products and support services.
In addition to launching MIA, Moov Africa Malitel announced that it has doubled the speed of its fibre-optic internet service while maintaining existing pricing. The move is expected to provide subscribers with faster broadband connectivity without increasing costs — supporting growing demand for high-speed internet among households, businesses and digital service users.
The company said the initiatives reflect its commitment to delivering innovation and improved connectivity across Mali. By combining AI with enhanced fibre broadband performance, Moov Africa Malitel aims to strengthen its position in the country’s telecommunications sector while expanding access to advanced digital services for its customers.
