Deputy President David Mabuza says it’s premature to suggest President Cyril Ramaphosa should step down in the wake of the farm robbery debacle.
As Mabuza was answering prepared questions in the National Assembly, opposition parties took the gap for the second consecutive day — this time to canvas Mabuza’s views on how the matter should be handled.
This as the Public Protector confirmed she’s opened an investigation into the matter following a complaint from the African Transformation Movement of a breach of executive member ethics.
On Thursday, it will be the turn of the President to face the House on the performance of his Presidency.
