SA Reports 2 327 New COVID-19 Cases

The Department of Health have confirmed that the cumulative number of COVID-19 cases in South Africa is 1 498 766 with 2 327 new cases identified since the last report.

The cumulative total of tests conducted to date is 8 807 299 with 34 556 new tests recorded since the last report.

230 deaths have been reported: Eastern Cape 24, Free State 7, Gauteng 21, Kwa-Zulu Natal 27, Limpopo 122, Mpumalanga 10, North West 0, Northern Cape 0 and Western Cape 19 which brings the total to 48 708 deaths.

Our recoveries now stand at 1 403 214, representing a recovery rate of 93,6%
