Rush To Vaccinate Healthcare Workers

A doctor receives a Johnson & Johnson vaccine at the government hospital in Klerksdorp, South Africa, February 18, 2021.

There’s been a last-minute rush countrywide for thousands of people who still want to get the COVID-19 vaccine before the Sisonke Trial ends.

Healthcare workers and support staff have been prioritised for this Phase 1 rollout.

But it would seem some people have submitted false information in order to get inoculated.

A communique, allegedly from Sisonke, has added to the chaos by incorrectly inviting walk-ins.
