Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane’s fight against Parliament’s impeachment rules continue.
Speaker of the National Assembly Thandi Modise is expected to respond to Mkhwebane’s claims of bias and unfairness.
The Public Protector wants the impeachment rules to be declared unconstitutional.
She argues they that don’t protect her from MPs who are biased against her.
In October last year, Mkhwebane lost her bid to stop Parliament from continuing with the impeachment process.
The motion was brought by the DA following several scathing court judgments and findings against her.
