Bail for former Eskom Acting CEO Matshela Koko has been set at R300,000.
He appeared before the Middelburg Magistrates’ Court in Mpumalanga along with seven other accused.
They face fraud, corruption and money laundering charges linked to R2.2bn worth of contracts for the Kusile Power Station.
The accused were arrested in Gauteng and Mpumalanga on Thursday.
