Mangosuthu Buthelezi has been admitted to hospital.
According to the Zulu Traditional Prime Minister’s office, he is not in critical condition.
Buthelezi was brought to the hospital for standard examinations and treatment for chronic back pain.
According to his office, he was discharged but had to be readmitted for further treatment.
