The delayed batch of Johnson & Johnson vaccines is expected to arrive on Saturday.
The 60,000 doses were expected to hit our shores earlier this week.
There are still concerns over the slow pace of the rollout.
It’s unlikely government will achieve its ambitious plan of inoculating at least a million people by the end of this month.
So far, the department has managed to administer just over 182,000 vaccines.
