You're on vacation, you've taken loads of photos and now you want to upload them to an online photo album so the folks at home can see it.
Now if only you could edit the photos a bit — crop that unforeseen blooper out, touch up the colour a tad, and make your amateur photos just shine a little more.
If you can get to a computer with an internet connection, then all you have to do is log onto a website, upload your photos, and edit them there.
For a relatively straightforward experience, you can try out Splashup first. Formerly known as Fauxto, Splashup is still in its beta testing phase but gives you the basic tools needed to edit your photos, without getting too technical.
After editing your photos, it also allows you to share it across photo album hosting sites like Flickr, Picasa and even Facebook.
If you require a little more power to your editing, then try out Adobe's online photo editing software, Photoshop Express. It's also still in beta phase, but it has the benefit of being associated with arguably the top image software on the market, Photoshop.
With Photoshop Express, you can also edit your photos and then share them online, while also having 2GB worth of free storage space for your photos.
If you're unsure about which one to pick, try them both out and stick to the one that suits your needs!
