Orlando Pirates coach Rudi Krol will use two different teams if the 'Buccaneers' reach the final of the Telkom Charity Cup in Mafikeng on Saturday.
Pirates will take on Platinum Stars in the first semi-final at 10am and the winner of this match will meet the winner between Kaizer Chiefs and Mamelodi Sundowns in the final later in the day.
"We have been working very hard at training and the boys are aiming for nothing less than a victory," Krol told the official Pirates website.
He added: "It is very important for us to win the first match because that will give me and the technical team an opportunity to give other players a chance in the final.
"We hope to use as many players as we possibly can because the Telkom Charity Cup is the last competitive pre-season tournament we have before the start of the Top Eight and the marathon which is the Absa Premiership."
Krol, however, was wary of Stars whom they are meeting in the semi-finals,
adding: "Platinum Stars are a good side and I think we will have a good and competitive game on Saturday."
Meanwhile, former Pirates midfielder Steve Lekoelea is hoping to be in the starting line-up when Stars take on his former team in that keenly-anticipated first semifinal.
Lekoelea is keen to play against Pirates because he wants to show his new fans and management that he is ready to play a big part in their campaign this season.
"My knee injury is a thing of the past now. I am ready to play and all that is left now is to be given the opportunity," Lekoelea told the Stars official website.
