The South African Under20 squad, known as 'Amajita', will go into Saturday's game against Botswana in search of a convincing victory in order to qualify for the African Youth Championship to be staged in Rwanda early next year.
This crucial encounter will take place at the Absa Stadium in Kimberley, kick-off at 6pm.
In the first leg, the two teams played a one-all draw.
AmaJita coach, Serame Letsoaka, said they had done everything necessary in training to win this game.
"We have prepared ourselves a lot for this encounter. I'm very confident that my boys will do the nation proud by winning this one," said the former Free State Stars player.
"I'm very happy that we will go into this match with a full squad. In the first leg we didn't have all the players because of their club commitments.
"Our opponents are very strong and we have to make sure that we select the best team on the day. It is very good that we are playing this
important fixture at home. We want to make sure that we attack the Botswana side from the first whistle so that we get a chance to score goals."
Letsoaka also urged South African fans to come in large numbers to the stadium to support the boys.
The under20 team includes Moroka Swallows trio of Phumelele Bhengu, Ramahlwe Mphahlele and Thulani Ngcephe, Ajax Cape Town's Thulani Serero and Daylon Claasen as well as Kaizer Chiefs striker Mandla Masango.
