Free State coach Naka Drotské has resisted the urge to fiddle with a winning formula, making only one change to his side that beat the Lions in Bloemfontein last weekend.

The coach has kept the same forward pack as the one that built the foundation for the 22-18 success of Saturday past, with Jaco du Toit, Phillip Lemmer, David de Villiers and Kabamba Floors all having to wait a little longer for their chance in the starting XV.

Drotské said earlier in the week that he does not like to change a winning team, despite rumours of promising young centre Robert Ebersohn slotting into the backline.

However, the Cheetahs coach has decided to bring the physically imposing Hendrik Meyer into the outside centre position, with JW Jonker moving to the bench.

Coach Drotské was slightly worried about the amount of mistakes committed by the Cheetahs in their win over the Lions, but said the win was more important.

"I think if we can win despite the number of errors, it should actually be an encouraging sign," he told Volksblad.

"The problem [on Saturday] was communication at the restart. We'll work hard to fix that this week."
