The 21-year-old put in an impressive display on his debut, although Tony Mowbray's side slipped to a 2-1 defeat at The Hawthorns.
Zuiverloon believes many positives can be taken from the game and that the team will only get better once they adjust to life in England's top flight.
"If you look back at the game there were a lot of positives," he told the club's official website.
"Yes we will get better and better, especially at home with that kind of support, but we need to make more chances.
"I don't know what the expectations are but we will have no problems staying in the Premier League if we play like this every week.
"Personally, I think it went well for me. I'm happy I was man of the match but the result was not so good."
