Springbok lock Bakkies Botha will have to wait until July 6 to know his fate in his court bid to be released from his contract with Blue Bulls and South African rugby.
The Afrikaans Sunday newspaper Sondag reported that the court's decision, which was due to be known this coming week, has been postponed after more evidence was to be heard.
This means Botha will be in New Zealand with the Springbok side for the Tri-Nations when the result is heard.
Botha petitioned the labour court to release him from his five-year contract with the Bulls after he received a more lucrative offer from French club Toulon.
