A Cape Town computer consultant has filed a sexual harassment claim
against senior SA rugby administrator Johan Prinsloo, the Cape Argus
reported on Friday.
It said the consultant, Lindsey Williams, had lodged a R400 000
claim in the Cape High Court, alleging Prinsloo made unwanted verbal
and physical sexual advances to him in 2004 and 2005.
SA Rugby has also been cited as a respondent. Prinsloo has denied
the allegations.
In 2005, he was found not guilty on sexual harassment charges
stemming from the same complaint, by an internal disciplinary hearing.
At the time Prinsloo was managing director of SA Rugby as well as
chief executive officer of the SA Rugby Football Union.
He has since been axed from the MD's post.
