Question:
Have you ever heard about the ‘Wiseman’ concept?

There is a website and apparently you pay your bond in six years without increasing your monthly instalments. For me it sounds too good to be true.

Answer:
I had a look at the website and I cannot establish what they are offering. It does, however, sound alarm bells.

It all looks a little ‘esoteric’ to me and is obviously some kind of network marketing or even a pyramid scheme. One needs to scrutinise anyone who calls themselves ‘the perfect mind club’.

They say they can help you pay off your bond through the use of a financial calculator of some sorts and that theirs will give you the ‘truth’. Well so will the other 99-million. My guess is that they want you to buy some kind of software.

They offer application forms for you to fill in, but do not tell you what it is for. I am surprised at the sheer detail they are looking for and to be honest I would never divulge so much personal detail on a website of this nature.

I will drop them an email to see if I can discover more about their ‘wonderfulness’ and give you some feedback.
