Jack Nicholson, legendary both for his acting and his ways with women, said that he would not mind having one last fling.
In the do-it-all-before-you-die comedy 'The Bucket List', the 71-year-old plays an ageing billionaire who makes a list of the things he wants to do in the time he has left.
As for what would be on his own "bucket list", the Hollywood great told a Tokyo news conference: "One last big romance to occur, that would be on my list."
Nicholson, no stranger to gossip throughout his career, said he has lived his life in a "serendipitous" way.
"I've always loved women, and they like me OK, too," said Nicholson, clad in a casual sports jacket and white shirt.
Nicholson was promoting the Japanese release of 'The Bucket List', directed by Rob Reiner, which starts with his character finding himself in a hospital room with elderly auto mechanic Morgan Freeman.
When they both learn that they have terminal cancer, the two Oscar-winning actors set out on a quest to tick off a long list of lifetime dreams before they "kick the bucket".
The old men, who initially repulsed each other, become true friends as they cross off items together such as sky diving, visiting the Taj Mahal and getting seedy tattoos.
Nicholson's character eventually adds another item — kissing the most beautiful girl in the world.
Asked to name his best ever kiss, Nicholson paused a second and said in his usual deep voice: "Oh well, so many."
